Small axial fans, also known as domestic bathroom fans, are equipped with an axial impeller and ball bearings. Bathroom axial fans are the most common solution for ventilating bathrooms, toilets, and smaller rooms such as basements, pantries, and storage rooms. We offer small bathroom axial fans in several variants depending on the equipment: fans with an overrun timer, fans with a humidity sensor, fans with a motion sensor, or fans with a safe 12V voltage (for installation directly above the bathtub or shower). The connected air duct should not exceed a length of 2.5 m, as small axial fans can overcome a small pressure loss or ventilate through a wall. Small centrifugal fans or bathroom fans are equipped with a centrifugal impeller and ball bearings. Small centrifugal fans are installed in larger bathrooms, toilets, basements, or rooms with longer ventilation ducts or risers. Small centrifugal fans are suitable for longer duct routes with greater pressure loss (duct length, multiple bends in the duct route, etc.). We offer fans with radial impellers in two mounting designs: for wall mounting (the entire fan is visible) or for built-in mounting (only the front panel of the fan is visible and the fan motor is hidden above the ceiling or in the wall). We supply small centrifugal fans in the following versions: fans with an overrun timer, fans with a humidity sensor, fans with an EC energy-saving motor (0-10V control suitable for KNX, LOXONE, ModBus, etc. master control systems), or fans with a two-speed motor or three-speed motor. Duct fans for square ducts are designed for universal use, from simple ventilation to air conditioning systems for complex air exchange in HVAC distribution systems. Fans for square ducts most often feature a radial impeller design. Duct centrifugal fans for square ducts are primarily designed for industrial use where high air flow is required. We supply fans for square ducts without insulation or with noise insulation to reduce noise. Duct centrifugal fans for square ducts are most often used in industrial and commercial buildings, large-capacity kitchens, warehouses, production halls, etc. We supply duct fans from the Alteko TERNO-S and Remak VENTO modular systems. On request, duct fans can be supplied in stainless steel, with the motor outside the air flow, painted according to the RAL color chart, or for higher temperatures. Explosion-proof fans have an encapsulated electronic part, so there is no risk of sparks in the event of a short circuit or mechanical damage.
