    The quiet duct fan Soler & Palau TD 1000/200 SILENT 3V is designed for HVAC circular ducts. The quiet duct fan Soler & Palau TD 1000/200 SILENT 3V is made of hardened plastic, and a major advantage is the removal of the motor part of the fan without disconnecting the duct.

    The fan Soler & Palau TD 1000/200 SILENT 3V is one of the quietest on the market. The three-speed fan can be controlled using a speed switch. The fan is suitable for extracting air from sanitary facilities, garages, and workshops. The fan can be installed in any position. The casing must not transmit mechanical stress from the duct; we recommend using a VBM circular flexible connection.

    Fan casing
    The Soler & Palau TD 1000/200 SILENT 3V fan casing is made of plastic and consists of a mounting bracket for easy and quick installation on a wall or ceiling, a noise absorber (silencer), and a motor. Easy removal of the motor part, which is attached with quick-release clamps. The connection openings are equipped with rubber seals.
     
    Fan impeller
    The fan impeller is made of plastic.
     
    Fan motor
    AC fan motors have triple windings, which allow for three-speed operation; regulation is possible by changing the voltage. The motors are equipped with a thermal fuse. The grease-filled ball bearings have a long service life. Insulation class B, protection class IP44. The fans are designed for single-phase 230 V voltage.
     
    Fan terminal block
    The terminal block is located on the fan cover; some types include a starting capacitor.
     
    Speed control
    For three-winding AC motors, the speed is switched in three stages using controllers COM 3 , INTER 4P, or voltage control can be used with REB - continuous control or REV - five-stage control.
     
    Installation
    The fans can be mounted in any position. The housing must not transmit mechanical stress from the ductwork. We recommend using a flexible connection.

    Zkušebny a laboratoře Soler & Palau jsou vybaveny nejmodernějším zařízením a jsou akreditovanou národní nezávislou zkušebnou dle EN 45001-89, která provádí měření i pro další výrobce. Měření jsou prováděna podle standardů AMCA a BRITISH STANDARDS. Ve zkušebně je 6 stálých měřících tratí na měření výkonových charakteristik ventilátorů včetně potřebných řídících pracovišť. Z roku 1948 pocházejí patentové přihlášky Eduarda SOLERA na motor s vnějším rotorem, který firma Soler & Palau začala využívat ve ventilátorech o mnoho let dříve než ostatní výrobci. Ti tento typ motoru začali využívat až poté, co Soler & Palau vyrobil první milion motorů.
