The TD 800/200 Ecowatt energy-saving circular duct fan is designed for connection to circular ducts. The silent fan from the TD MIXVENT series is made of plastic, the great advantage is the disassembly of the motor part of the fan without the need to disconnect the air duct. The fan speed can be controlled by a potentiometer in the terminal block or by an external REB Ecowatt speed controller, the speed can also be controlled linearly by a 0-10VDC signal from a temperature, humidity or CO2 sensor. The TD MIXVENT fan motor is EC with thermal and electronic overload protection. Insulation class is B, protection IP44

The fan is suitable for extraction of larger bathrooms, garages, workshops. The fan can be installed in any position. The housing must not transmit mechanical stress from the ducts, we recommend using a circular flexible VBM connection. Due to its very low profile, high efficiency and very low noise level, the fan is suitable for demanding applications where economical operation applies.

Housing

The TD-160 to TD-800 fan housings are made of plastic, the TD-1300 and TD-2000 models are made of sheet steel. The design allows the motor section to be removed without having to disconnect the ductwork.

Impeller

The impeller is made of plastic (TD-160 to TD-800), the TD-1300 and TD-2000 versions are made of aluminium.

Motor

The fan is equipped with an EC energy-saving motor with thermal and electronic overload protection. The bearings are ball bearings with grease packing for life. Protection class II except TD-1300 and TD-2000 fans which have protection class I. IP44 protection.

Terminal box

The terminal box is located on the fan housing where the fully integrated electronics are located.

Speed control

Fan speed control is via a potentiometer located in the terminal block or via an external REB Ecowatt speed controller. The speed can also be controlled linearly with a 0-10VDC signal.

Mounting

Fan mounting is possible in any axis. The housing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ductwork. We recommend using a flexible connection.

Z roku 1948 pocházejí patentové přihlášky Eduarda SOLERA na motor s vnějším rotorem, který firma Soler & Palau začala využívat ve ventilátorech o mnoho let dříve než ostatní výrobci. Ti tento typ motoru začali využívat až poté, co Soler & Palau vyrobil první milion motorů.
