Goods that you wish to return within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason should be sent to CZV AIR BOOST s.r.o., Řetenická 133, Teplice, Czech Republic, together with the attached proof of purchase and a completed withdrawal form. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
Send the goods subject to complaint to the address CZV AIR BOOST s.r.o., Řetenická 133, Teplice, Czech Republic together with the attached proof of purchase. Goods that you wish to return within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason should be sent to the address below, together with the attached proof of purchase and a completed complaint form.
You are required to prove your purchase by submitting a copy of the proof of purchase or by other sufficiently credible means. As a consumer, you cannot exercise your rights for defects that you yourself caused by improper handling of the goods or that you were aware of at the time of purchase. The same applies to defects for which we have agreed with you on a price reduction. We are also not liable for normal wear and tear.
Complaints must be made within twenty-four months (unless otherwise stated). Complaints must be made without delay to prevent the defect from spreading and resulting in the complaint being rejected. Once the complaint has been resolved, the seller will notify the consumer. We handle complaints within the statutory period, no later than thirty days after they are filed.
Information on the right to withdraw from the contract
Right to withdraw from the contract: As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please inform us of your withdrawal first by email at obchod@czvzduchotechnika.cz. You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day following the date of conclusion of the contract and, in the case of a purchase contract, when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take delivery of the goods. For goods delivered in parts, the date of receipt of the last delivery is counted; for regular repeated deliveries, the date of receipt of the first delivery of goods is counted.
To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform CZV AIR Boost s.r.o., with its registered office at Řetenická 133, Teplice, 415 01, Czech Republic, in the form of a unilateral legal act (for example, by letter sent via a postal service provider to Martin Pecina, with its registered office at Řetenická 133, Teplice, 415 01, Czech Republic, or by email toobchod@czvzduchotechnika.cz). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the expiry of the relevant period.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notice of withdrawal from the contract. . We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any additional costs. We will refund the payment only after receiving the returned goods or if you prove that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods, including their functionality. We are entitled to unilaterally offset our claim for compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods against your claim for a refund of the purchase price.
If you have requested that the provision of services commence during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to the extent of the services provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, compared to the total extent of the services specified in the contract.
This 14-day withdrawal period applies only to natural persons who are not acting in connection with their own business.
