The TD-EVO 200 Ecowatt diagonal duct energy-saving fan is equipped with an EC motor featuring thermal protection against overheating. The fan housing is made of reinforced plastic. The housing consists of a mounting rail with two flanges, equipped with gaskets, and a motor connected to the flanges via quick-release clips. The impeller of the TD-EVO fan is made of plastic.
Housing
The housing is made of reinforced plastic. It consists of a mounting rail with two ports fitted with gaskets and a motor connected to the ports via quick-release clips. The design allows the motor assembly to be removed without disconnecting the ducting.
Impeller
The impeller is made of plastic; its optimized design increases performance and reduces noise.
Motor
EC motor with thermal overload protection. The bearings are greased for life. Insulation class B, IP44 rating. Supply voltage 230 V – 50/60 Hz.
Terminal block
The terminal block on the fan housing can be rotated 360° to allow cable connection from any direction.
Speed Control
The motors can be controlled using a potentiometer located in the terminal block or an external REB Ecowatt speed controller. The speed can also be controlled linearly using a 0–10 VDC signal from a temperature, humidity, or CO2 sensor.
Installation
Fans can be installed in any position. The housing must not transmit mechanical stress from the ductwork. It is recommended to use flexible connections to the ductwork.
Instructions
These fans are designed for ventilating single-family homes, restrooms, offices, and commercial premises. When installing in a suspended ceiling, it is recommended to use flexible hoses, fittings, distribution boxes, and disc valves. The fans can be used in conjunction with the AIRSENS-RH smart sensor or with a hygrostat combined with a thermostat for ventilating humid areas.
