    Product detailed description

    The Soler & Palau TD 1000/200 SILENT T is a diagonal duct fan with overrun timer designed for connection to a HVAC circular duct. The fan from the TD SILENT series is made of hardened plastic, a great advantage is the removal of the motor part of the fan without disconnecting the duct.

    The Soler & Palau TD 1000/200 SILENT T diagonal fan is one of the quietest on the market. The duct fan can be controlled by changing the voltage. The fan is suitable for exhausting sanitary facilities, garages, workshops. Installation of the fan is possible in any position. The cabinet must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ductwork, we recommend the use of a circular flexible connection VBM.

    Fan housing
    The SILENT fan enclosure is made of plastic and consists of a mounting bracket for easy and quick wall/wall or ceiling mounting, a noise absorber (silencer) and a motor. Easy removal of the motor part, which is attached with quick-release clips. The connection ports are equipped with rubber seals.
     
    Fan impeller
    The fan impeller is made of plastic.
     
    Fan motor
    AC fan motors have double windings, which allows for double speed operation, regulation is possible by changing the voltage. The motors are equipped with a thermal fuse. Ball bearings with grease cartridge for life. Insulation class B, protection class IP44. Fans are for single-phase voltage 230V.
     
    Fan terminal block
    The terminal block is located on the fan housing, some types include a start-up capacitor.
     
    Speed control
    For AC motors with double windings, the speed is switched in two stages by means of COM 3 controllers or voltage change control can be used with REB - stepless control or REV - five stage control.
     
    Installation
    The fans can be mounted in any position. The enclosure must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ductwork. We recommend using a flexible connection.
     
    Variant
    The fan is equipped with an adjustable timer of 1-30 minutes.

    Zkušebny a laboratoře Soler & Palau jsou vybaveny nejmodernějším zařízením a jsou akreditovanou národní nezávislou zkušebnou dle EN 45001-89, která provádí měření i pro další výrobce. Měření jsou prováděna podle standardů AMCA a BRITISH STANDARDS. Ve zkušebně je 6 stálých měřících tratí na měření výkonových charakteristik ventilátorů včetně potřebných řídících pracovišť. Z roku 1948 pocházejí patentové přihlášky Eduarda SOLERA na motor s vnějším rotorem, který firma Soler & Palau začala využívat ve ventilátorech o mnoho let dříve než ostatní výrobci. Ti tento typ motoru začali využívat až poté, co Soler & Palau vyrobil první milion motorů.
