Ruck MPS

The Ruck Ventilatoren MPS kitchen radial fans are designed for extracting hot air from large capacity kitchens in restaurants and canteens. The Ruck Ventilatoren MPS radial fans with backward curved blades are made of galvanized sheet metal and are equipped with a grease tray. The Ruck Ventilatoren MPS fans for kitchen systems with motor out of the air stream have an operating air temperature of +80 °C, +120 °C to +200 °C continuous or 400 °C / 2h depending on type, IP54 protection.

Ruck Ventilatoren MPS radial fans for large capacity kitchens are equipped with AC and EC energy saving motors, overheating protection with automatic restart. Installation of Ruck Ventilatoren MPS radial fans is in any position. The speed control of the high temperature resistant radial fans is carried out according to type by 5-speed transformer regulators, frequency converters and for EC motors by 0-10V potentiometers. Ruck Ventilatoren MPS kitchen fans achieve air flow rates of up to 11 840 m³/h.
