Ruck MPS - kitchen centrifugal fans with high temperature resistance
The Ruck Ventilatoren MPS kitchen centrifugal fans are designed to extract hot air from high-capacity restaurant and cafeteria kitchens. The Ruck Ventilatoren MPS centrifugal fans, featuring backward-curved blades, are made of galvanized sheet metal and are equipped with a grease tray. The Ruck Ventilatoren MPS fans for kitchen systems with motors located outside the airflow have an operating air temperature, depending on the model, of +80 °C, +120 °C, or +200 °C continuously, or 400 °C for 2 hours, with IP54 protection.
The Ruck Ventilatoren MPS centrifugal fans for high-capacity kitchens are equipped with energy-efficient AC and EC motors, as well as overheating protection with automatic restart. The Ruck Ventilatoren MPS centrifugal fans can be installed in any position. Speed control of high-temperature-resistant centrifugal fans is performed, depending on the model, via 5-step transformer controllers, frequency converters, and, for EC motors, via 0-10V potentiometers. The Ruck Ventilatoren MPS kitchen fans achieve an airflow of up to 11,840 m³/h.
