Rosenberg Zero Box - noise-insulated ducted fans

The Rosenberg Zero Box noise-insulated ducted fans have been developed specifically for use in modern ventilation and air-conditioning systems and are suitable for transporting air with low dust content and mildly aggressive gases and vapours. Rosenberg Zero Box ducted fans have a casing made of galvanized steel sheet. The casing is soundproofed with 40 mm thick sheets of mineral wool.

Impellers

Rosenberg Zero Box ducted fans are driven by an EC motor with an external rotor located inside the radial impeller. Fans up to size 250 mm have impellers with forward curved blades, from size 315 mm onwards impellers with backward curved blades are used.

Electrical wiring

Electrical wiring is carried out using a terminal block which is located on the fan housing.

Installation

Spiro pipe, flexible aluminium pipe or plastic pipe can be used for the connection. Installation is possible in all positions.
