The RMQ 125 N wall-mounted metal duct fan is designed for ventilating family houses, restrooms, garages, commercial premises, and kitchens. The fan housing is pressed from galvanized steel sheet. The fan motor is asynchronous, and the thermal fuse is located in the motor windings. Fan speed is controlled by electronic or transformer-based controllers. Installation is possible in any motor orientation. When used in conjunction with the HIG 2 humidistat or a humidistat combined with a thermostat, it can be used for ventilating humid areas.
Housing
The housing is pressed from galvanized steel sheet and designed for wall mounting. The inlet has a connection with dimensions matching the fan model, while the outlet is open.
Impeller
The impeller is radial with backward-curved blades and is made of plastic (sizes 100–250) or sheet steel (size 315). The impeller is press-fitted onto the outer rotor of the motor.
Motor
The motor is asynchronous. The thermal fuse is located in the motor windings. The bearings are ball bearings. Insulation class F, protection rating IP44.
Terminal block
The terminal block is made of black plastic as standard and is securely mounted on the fan housing.
Speed control
Speed control is performed using electronic or transformer-based controllers.
Mounting
The fan can be mounted in any position relative to the motor axis. The housing must not bear any mechanical stress from the ductwork. The VBM mounting clamps must be used. The VENT N version can be used for duct mounting.
Instructions
These fans are designed for ventilating family houses, restrooms, offices, and commercial premises. When installing in a suspended ceiling, it is recommended to use flexible ducts, fittings, distribution boxes, and disc valves. The fans can be used in conjunction with the HIG 2 humidistat or with a humidistat combined with a thermostat for ventilating damp areas.
