The VENT 100 NK circular duct fan is designed for ventilation of family houses, sanitary facilities, offices, business premises or also for kitchens (hoods without motor). The fan casing is moulded from galvanized steel sheet. The fan motor is asynchronous, the thermal fuse is located in the motor winding. The fan speed is controlled by electronic or transformer controllers. Installation is possible in each axis of the motor. In conjunction with a HIG 2 humidistat or a humidistat combined with a thermostat, it can be used for ventilation of humid rooms. The fan is equipped with a mounting bracket.
Housing
The housing is moulded from galvanized steel sheet. Sizes 355 and 400 are made of steel sheet coated with black polyester paint.
Impeller
The impeller is radial with backward curved blades. The impeller is pressed onto the outer rotor of the motor and is plastic (sizes 100-250), sheet steel (size 315) or aluminium (sizes 355 and 400).
Motor
The motor is asynchronous. The thermal fuse is located in the motor winding. Ball bearings, insulation class B, IP44 (sizes 100 to 160), insulation class F, IP44 (sizes 200 to 315), insulation class F, IP54 (sizes 355 and 400).
Terminal block
The terminal block is made of black plastic, is loose on the supply cable from the motor and can be screwed to an easily accessible place on the housing with self-tapping screws. Cable length approx. 0.5 m. For sizes RM 355 N and 400 N and for type NK, the terminal block is on the fan housing.
Speed control
Speed control is performed by electronic or transformer controllers.
Fan mounting
Fan mounting in each position of the motor axis. The housing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ductwork. A flexible connection to the ductwork must be used.
Instructions
Fans are designed to ventilate houses, social facilities, offices and premises. When installed in the suspended ceilings, flexible hoses, fittings, junction boxes and disc valves can be conveniently used. The fans can be used in conjunction with a HIG 2 humidistat or a humidistat combined with a thermostat to ventilate humid areas.

Ti tento typ motoru začali využívat až poté, co Soler & Palau vyrobil první milion motorů.
