The energy-saving VENT 100 Ecowatt circular duct fan is designed for ventilation of houses, sanitary facilities, offices, business premises or also for kitchens (hoods without motor). The fan casing is moulded from galvanised steel sheet. The fan is equipped with a mounting bracket. The fan with EC motor ensures high efficiency with low power consumption. The fan speed is controlled by a potentiometer built into the terminal block or by an external REB Ecowatt controller. Installation is possible in each axis of the motor. In conjunction with a HIG 2 humidistat or a humidistat combined with a thermostat, it can be used for ventilation of humid rooms. The fan is equipped with a mounting bracket.

Housing

The housing is moulded from high quality galvanised steel sheet, a mounting bracket is included.

Impeller

The impeller is radial with backward curved blades, made of plastic. The impeller is pressed onto the outer rotor of the motor.

Motor

EC motor with thermal and electronic overload protection. Ball bearings. Insulation class B, protection class IP44. Operating temperature -20 °C to +40 °C.

Terminal block

The terminal block is made of black plastic and is located on the fan housing.

Speed control

Speed control is performed by a potentiometer located in the terminal block or by an external REB-Ecowatt control. Furthermore, an analogue input of 0-10 V from a temperature, humidity or CO2 sensor.

Fan mounting

Fan mounting in each position of the motor axis. The housing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ductwork. A flexible connection to the ductwork must be used.

Instructions

Fans are designed for ventilation of family houses, social facilities, offices and premises. When installed in the suspended ceilings, flexible hoses, fittings, junction boxes and disc valves can be conveniently used. The fans can be used in conjunction with a contact humidistat or a humidistat combined with a thermostat for ventilation of wet areas.
