The RK 100 L circular plastic duct fan is designed for ventilation in family homes, restrooms, offices, commercial premises, and kitchens (motorless hoods). The fan motor is asynchronous, and the thermal fuse is located in the motor windings. Fan speed is controlled by electronic or transformer-based controllers. Installation is possible in any motor axis. When used in conjunction with the HIG 2 humidistat or a humidistat combined with a thermostat, it can be used for ventilating humid areas.
Housing
The housing is injection-molded from plastic.
Impeller
The impeller is a radial with backward-curved blades. The impeller is press-fitted directly onto the motor's outer rotor.
Motor
The motor is an asynchronous with an external rotor. Depending on the model, the motors may or may not include a starting capacitor. The thermal fuse is located in the motor windings. Insulation class F, protection rating IP44.
Terminal block
The terminal block is made of plastic and is located on the fan housing; depending on the fan type, it includes a capacitor holder.
Speed control
Speed control is performed using electronic or transformer-based controllers.
Installation
Installation of the fan in any motor shaft position. The housing must not transmit mechanical stress from the ductwork. Flexible mounting clamps must be used.
Instructions
The fans are designed for ventilating family houses, restrooms, offices, and commercial premises. When installing in a suspended ceiling, it is recommended to use flexible hoses, fittings, distribution boxes, and disc valves. The fans can be used in conjunction with the HIG 2 humidistat or with a humidistat combined with a thermostat for ventilating humid areas.
