Czech fan manufacturer Alteko
We have recently added the purely Czech manufacturer Alteko, which produces ventilation and air conditioning equipment, to our product range. Alteko, one of the leading manufacturers of ventilation equipment, has been operating on the market for more than 30 years. The company was founded in 1991 and since its inception has been involved in the development and manufacture of ventilation and air conditioning units, low-pressure centrifugal fans, and medium-pressure centrifugal fans in various sizes and designs.
Direct-drive centrifugal fans RFC / RFE
RFC and RFE industrial centrifugal fans are single inlet fans with direct drive flanged electric motors. The RFC and RFE centrifugal fans are designed for ventilation, extraction, or cooling in civil construction, industrial spaces, or agriculture—for example, grain storage halls. The RFC centrifugal fans are low-pressure fans with forward-curved impeller blades, while the RFE fans are medium-pressure fans with backward-curved impeller blades.
We offer RFC and RFE industrial radial fans in several types, variants, and sizes with impeller diameters ranging from 200 mm to 630 mm.
Transported air temperature:
- -30 °C to +85 °C, for Ex fans -30 °C to +40 °C
Ambient temperature:
- -30 °C to +40 °C, for ATEX fans -20 °C to +40 °C

Control of RFC and RFE low-pressure and medium-pressure centrifugal fans:
The centrifugal fans can be controlled either by an ON/OFF switch and used at maximum power, or they can be controlled by a frequency converter, allowing for continuous adjustment of the fan speed. We supply frequency converters pre-programmed for specific motors with regard to the most optimal fan noise parameters.
Rubber vibration isolators are included as standard with the fans (except for H / HL versions). The RFC / RFE fans cannot be used to transport air containing aggressive substances, abrasive additives, and fibrous or sticky particles. All RFC and RFE centrifugal fans comply with Ecodesign ErP 2015.
The industrial centrifugal fans can be supplemented with a wide range of accessories: base plate, motor cover, motor hood, flexible connections, intake grille.
RFU direct drive industrial centrifugal fans
The RFU centrifugal fans feature a modern square design with a wide range of positions, mountings, flow directions, and connections to square or circular air ducts. Air flow rates from 300 to 28,000 m3/h at a static pressure of up to 2,500 Pa.
Air temperature:
- max. 80°C (AC motor version) and max. 50°C (EC motor version)

- for non-explosive environments (AC and EC motor versions)
- for ZONE 1 explosive environments (AC motor version)

TERNO-S centrifugal duct fans for square ducts
TERNO-S centrifugal fans are a very popular solution due to their space-saving design, versatility, and high quality for ventilating a wide variety of residential and industrial spaces. The air flow rate is up to 16,600 m3/h. We also supply TERNO-S centrifugal fans for square ventilation ducts for areas with a risk of explosion (Zone 1 and Zone 2).
The TERNO-S ventilation and air conditioning units consist of the necessary combination of separate duct components, available in galvanized or painted versions. TheTERNO-S centrifugal fans, including the PV flexible connections, are also available in stainless steel (AISI304 or AISI316).
Transported air temperature:
- The transported air temperature can range from -30°C to +85°C (for Ex motors -30°C to +40°C). For fans with an external VTR rotor, the temperature can be -30°C to +40°C.
Ambient temperature:
- The ambient temperature relative to the electric motor may be -30°C to +40°C (for Ex motors -20°C to +40°C).

Sizes:
KLIMABOX - protection for steam generators and electrical installations
Klimabox is used, for example, to protect steam generators from weather conditions, to maintain an internal temperature above freezing (3–5 °C), and to ventilate the space with ambient air when the internal air temperature is higher than the set temperature (usually 25–30 °C).
Material and components used
The chambers have a frame structure and the shell of these chambers is made of 50 mm thick sandwich panels (1 mm thick galvanized sheet metal) with acoustic and thermal insulation.
Heat transfer coefficient U=0.71 Wm-2 K-1 , airborne sound insulation index of the panel Rw=43 dB. The insulation is non-combustible. The individual chambers are supplied with fully galvanized panels.
