The noise-insulated CAB 315 Ecowatt fan is suitable for ventilating houses, sanitary facilities, offices, business premises and much more. The fan with EC motor is equipped with thermal overload protection. The fan is also equipped with a built-in controller preset for operation in automatic control mode at constant duct pressure. The fan housing is made of galvanized steel sheet, with a 50 mm layer of soundproofing material. On the housing there are two circular spigots equipped with single-lip seals for connecting the air flexible hose or air duct. Installation is also possible outdoors in any position of the motor axis.

Housing

The housing is made of galvanized steel sheet. The housing is internally coated with a 50 mm layer of soundproofing material. There are circular spigots on the casing with a single-lip seal for connecting flexible hoses or circular ducts.

Impeller

The impeller is radial with backward curved blades. The impeller is pressed directly onto the outer rotor of the motor.

Motor

EC motor with thermal overload protection. IP44 protection, operating temperature -20 °C to +40 °C.

Terminal block

The terminal block is located inside the housing and can be accessed by removing the panel with potentiometer and off/on safety switch.

Speed control

The fan is equipped with a built-in controller preset for operation in the mode of automatic regulation of constant duct pressure (depending on the size of the fan - CAB-125 100 Pa, CAB-150 to CAB-315 150 Pa, CAB-355 and CAB-400 200 Pa). The PROSYS Ecowatt digital controller (not included) allows 4 basic control modes - automatic regulation of constant duct pressure, continuous automatic regulation of constant air flow (except CAB-125), proportional mode or ventilation mode with 2 switchable min./max. operating characteristics. It is possible to connect a signal from an external device (CO2, temperature and relative humidity sensors), an external pressure sensor with transducer and 0-10 V or 4-20 mA output. The PROSYS Ecowatt controller can control up to 32 fans with different settings in one network. The PROSYS Ecowatt digital controller in combination with the TIMER RTC Ecowatt module (not included) allows up to 3 time programs and holiday operation to be set.

Mounting

Mounting in each position of the motor axis. The casing must not transmit mechanical stresses from the ducts. A flexible connection to the ducts must be used.
