The decentralised heat recovery unit Aerauliqa Orion 100 ensures continuous air exchange with high heat recovery efficiency and low energy consumption. Thanks to its compact design and quiet operation, it is ideal for bedrooms, living rooms and smaller living spaces.
Casing
The Aerauliqa Orion 150 decentralised heat recovery unit has an inner section and wall base made of durable ABS plastic in RAL 9010, which is UV resistant. The cover is aesthetically flat, suitable for modern interiors and can be easily removed for cleaning without the use of tools.
Fans
The Aerauliqa Orion 150 is equipped with a uniquely designed winglet impeller that improves aerodynamic properties, reduces noise and ensures smooth operation.
Motor
Inside is a highly efficient reversible EC motor with integrated thermal protection, mounted on long-life ball bearings. The motor is designed for continuous operation.
Recuperation
The Aerauliqa Orion 150 recuperation unit uses a ceramic heat exchanger with high thermal efficiency. The principle of operation is ‘push-pull’, where the air flow changes periodically – the unit alternately extracts and supplies air, accumulating heat and reusing it.
Filter
On both sides of the exchanger there are washable dust filters that protect the device and the air quality.
Modubs
The decentralized heat recovery units Aerauliqa Orion 100 and Orion 150 are equipped with a Modbus communication module, which allows them to be integrated into smart homes and building management systems. This makes it possible to connect multiple units together, synchronize them, and control them centrally via the CTRL-HO panel or other higher-level control systems. Modbus ensures the transmission of data on operating statuses, fan speeds, ventilation modes, and filter signals. This gives the user convenient control over ventilation throughout the building and the ability to efficiently adapt operation to current needs. This method of communication significantly increases the comfort and cost-effectiveness of Orion unit operation.
Control
An infrared remote control with LCD display and wall mount is included. In addition, the unit has a touch button directly on the side. Automatic time inversion control (comfort mode), smart humidity control and multi-coloured LED operation status indication are available.
Noise
The Aerauliqa Orion 150 local heat recovery unit achieves very low noise levels thanks to the aerodynamic design of the impeller and the soundproof construction. Noise levels range from approx. 22 to 32 dB(A) depending on the speed (data similar to the model series, specific levels vary depending on the mode).

Installation
The Aerauliqa Orion 150 decentralised heat recovery unit is designed for installation in perimeter walls. Thanks to the telescopic duct (length range 300–570 mm, diameter 159 mm), the unit can be adapted to the wall thickness. The outdoor grille includes an insect screen and protection against dripping water.
Accessories
The Aerauliqa Orion 150 local heat recovery unit comes standard with an infrared remote control and a base for convenient wall mounting. For more demanding users, there is also the option of adding a CTRL-HO central control panel. Thanks to its connection via the Modbus interface, this allows synchronised control of multiple units at the same time, creating a comprehensive ventilation system with heat recovery for the entire building.
Instructions
The unit should operate continuously and should only be switched off for maintenance or servicing. Maintenance includes cleaning the cover, exchanger and filters, which are washable. The device has been tested in TÜV Rheinland laboratories in accordance with current European standards.
Warning
Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified professional. During installation, ensure a slope for moisture drainage and observe the recommended distances from the ceiling and other obstacles.
